Welcome to Angie's Kidney Connection
's Online Fundraising Page!

Team "Kidney Connection" is taking steps to fight kidney disease. On Sunday, September 18, 2011 we will be lacing up in support of the Kidney Foundation's Give the Gift of Life Walk. With funds supporting early detection programs, leading kidney research and programs for kidney patients - it is one way that we can make a difference and be a part of something bigger.

We all are walking for a different reason but are connected through Kidney Disease. This is why we picked this as our Team name: Kidney Connection. We first used this name last year on our umbrellas but this year are making it our official team name.

We hope that if you can't sponsor us (you can sponsor us individually) that you will at least join our team and walk with us. It will be at:

Windsor, Colasanti's Tropical Gardens (Directions at THIS LINK)
1550 Road 3 East, Kingsville
Date: Sunday, September 18, 2011
Registration: 8:30 a.m. (Colasanti's Tropical Gardens - Parking Lot)
Walk: 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. (whole event finished at 1pm by the latest)

If you want to print out a pledge form you can get it from this link:
www.kidney.on.ca/Document.Doc?id=1653

Pledge forms are to be handed in at registration for the walk. You can also print these out for family and friends who want to attend who don't have access to a computer or contact the Kidney Foundation and ask for a Walk Form.

Every donation makes a difference - thank you for your support. Interested in joining our team? Click the "Join Team" link below the picture of my sweet niece who walked last year. Sponsor our team by supporting one of our team members.

Thank you for your support!
